From the pen of Carol Isfeld, when her son Mark was on his soldier's tour of duty, she expresses not only her love for her son but all sons and daughters who feel the call. She recognizes their idealism and also tries to understand from a mothers' perspective something seemingly inconceivable. The music was composed by Jan Randall of Edmonton and we arranged it in a folk style.
